- ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) to legal residents of the U.S., who are licensed drivers, 18 years of age or older, except for employees and advertisers(and the immediate families and members of the same household of such employees) of Shular Hospitality, its divisions, affiliates, dealers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, who may not enter. - PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing, conducted on or about 1/1/09 from among all entries received. Prize winners will be notified by email and mail. In the case of noncompliance, alternate winners may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash; however Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value due to unavailability. If a prize or prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner is responsible for all taxes (federal, state and/or local) and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize.
