Do you allow pets?
Yes! We DO allow pets in our rooms! And at no additional charge or deposit! Bring the whole family!
 
Do you require a deposit to make a reservation?
No! The Motel 6 does not require a deposit to make a reservation! You may reserve a room with a 4pm Hold. That means we hold your room until 4pm on your day of arrival. If you have not shown up, or contacted us to let us know you are still on your way, we release the room to be rented again.
 
Do you charge my credit card when I make a reservation?
No! Your credit card information is only used as a guarantee that you will arrive by midnight on your day of arrival. If you do not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival, or do not show up at all, we do charge one night's room and tax at that time on your credit card.

We do have an exception to this rule. If you are booking during a special event, such as one of Pigeon Forge's famous car show weekends, we DO charge your credit card, in full, for the entire reservation period when you make the reservation. There is NO REFUND during these car show weekends in April and September.
 
May I cancel a reservation online?
No. You must call the hotel, 1-866-796-9004, to cancel your reservation with the hotel in order to assure your credit card is not charged as a No Show. An e-mail is not a guarantee of cancellation since it is possible for cyberspace to "lose" your cancellation email. An energy outage or other unforeseeable computer problem can keep it from getting to the hotel, as well.
 
What is Check in/Check out time?
Check in time is 4pm. However, if you arrive earlier and your room is ready, you may check in at that time at no additional charge. Check out time is 11am.
 
Can I make a check rates and availability online with obligating myself to a reservation?
Yes! Click on the box at the top right of any web page where it says BOOK NOW or CHECK RATES. Submit your possible dates, and prices and room types that are available will be shown to you. You may then proceed to making a secure reservation, check another date, or leave the site entirely.
 
If a room type is not shown on the dates I requested, does that mean there are no more rooms for that date?
No! The hotel does not always put their entire inventory online! If you do not see what you would like to book, please call the hotel, 1-866-796-9004, and ask!
 
May I get a AAA or AARP discount online?
No. You may make an online reservation at one of our great, low rates, and then present your AAA or AARP membership card (only one discount allowed) upon check in to receive the 10% discount, if available. We do not give discounts during special events, some weekends, and/or holidays.

The Motel 6 is located at 336 Henderson Chapel Road, Pigeon Forge, TN 37865. Our hotel reservation number is 1-866-796-9004.
 
How do I get to your hotel from I-40?
Please check our Directions Page for the most complete directions. Basic directions are: From I-40, take Exit 407. Travel approximately 11 miles to Pigeon Forge. The traffic lights in Pigeon Forge are numbered. At traffic light #1, turn right onto Henderson Chapel Road (at Ruby Tuesday's Restaurant). We are located one long block down on the right hand side!
 
Do you have group rates?
Yes! If you have 9 or more rooms in your group, your entire group is eligible for a group rate discount! Please visit our Group Sales page on the web site for complete information and to contact us for more information!
 
Can I check my previously made reservation online or make changes (dates, number of people, room type)?
No. We're sorry, but you must call the hotel direct, 1-866-796-9004, to ask any questions you might have about your reservation, or changes you would like to make, including cancellation.
